This is a photo of the manual typewriter that I got for Christmas this year. In the movie, Kit Kittredge: An American Girl, Kit has a manual typewriter. I like my typewriter because it is cool and has a black and red ribbon.

I think it's a rock. Why? Because it looks very much like a rock I got for Little Dude while in Death Valley. (For the record, I know taking a rock from Death Valley is wrong, but I figured your mom would represent me if someone tried to prosecute me for committing this crime. Oh, and don't YOU do this. Ever.)
My other guess is Chocolate Chip ice cream. But I really think it's a rock.
